BEDI, J (ORAL) Vide order dated 20.10.2014, the petitioner had been summoned through a warrant of arrest for 31.10.2014 with further orders that in case of non-service of warrant of arrest, the Balliff should appear in person before the Court to explain the circumstances which led to non-execution of warrant of arrest. The said order has been challenged by the petitioner. It has been informed that the petitioner has already put in appearance before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rewari, and deposited a sum of Rs.3.5 lacs before the executing Court. Though the impugned order was meant only to secure presence and was apparently a harsh order yet with the petitioner RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.03.13 12:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
