(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.120 dated 07.04.2022, registered under Section 346 of IPC (Sections 365, 376, 506 of IPC added later on), at Police Station Sadar Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh, since the majority of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the learned trial Court, therefore, he withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
