CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL)] C.M. No.23061-CII of 2015 For the reasons stated in the application, order passed by this Court on 09.10.2015 is recalled and the revision petition is restored to its original number.

Application is allowed.

C.R. No.729 of 2014 1.

The revision petition is dismissed, for the only point that falls for consideration is whether the wife had sufficient means to pay the court fee. The Appellate Court found that she was possessed of property but held that it was not sufficient to pay court fee payable on the relief sought in the plaint. I do not think that there is a need for making an intervention with the order passed. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
