.... Petitioners versus Mohinder Singh & ors.
.... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI
Present:
Mr. Alok Jagga, Advocate for the petitioners.
Mr. Vishal Aggarwal, Advocate for the respondents.
**** Ajay Tewari, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed against the concurrent order of eviction.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that actually the petitioner has vacated the premises but in this case a finding has been given about the rights and liabilities created by a lease deed, which has been denied by the petitioner. It is further stated that in respect of the same arrears, civil litigation is pending and he would not press this petition, if it is clarified that those civil proceedings will be decided on their own merit and nothing mentioned by the Courts in the rent petition would be binding on the Civil Court. Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection in this regard.
In such circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the above clarification.
