(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the orders dated 27.06.2017, Annexure P-5, and 29.06.2017, Annexure P-6, passed by respondents no.1 and 3 respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a comprehensive representation before respondent no.3/Registrar, seeking notional promotion and due financial benefits.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today.
