There is no question of making possible an interim relief of injunction for specific enforcement of contract of service when the grievance is that the employment was sought to be wrongly put to an end. Prima facie, the petitioner's appropriate remedy will be for damages and if he can prove that he is entitled to be reinstated, to secure such relief consequence to the relief granted in the suit at an appropriate time. There cannot be an interim relief of injunction in the manner sought for and the Appellate Court has correctly applied the law at the interim stage. The suit may be expeditiously disposed of. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
