  + I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Without going into the merits of the case and taking into consideration the medical condition of the petitioner, the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim regular bail for a period of six weeks

-3from the date of his release, on execution of the bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned. The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities immediately after the interim bail period is over. Disposed of, in the above terms.
