NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 103 dated 17.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 354-A, 376, 406, 498-A, 506 and 511 read with Section 34 IPC at Women Police Station Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, on the basis of compromise dated 26.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 26.09.2022.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that for the last two dates of hearing i.e. 29.08.2023 and 05.02.2024 the petitioners had gone un-represented. On 05.02.2024, when this case was listed before this Court, Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioners about the date fixed.

As per office report dated 31.01.2024, learned counsel for RISHU KATARIA 2024.04.26 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-5556-2023 -2- 2024:PHHC:056681 the petitioners has been duly informed about the date fixed, but despite that today, for the 3rd time, the petitioners have gone un-represented. Moreover, on instructions from ASI Bhagwanti, learned counsel for the State submits that after completion of investigation, the police had presented cancellation report on 30.05.2023 before the learned trial Court, which was accepted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 30.05.2023. Thus, it is submitted that nothing survives in the present petition.

Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same stands disposed of.
