(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.90 dated 27.09.2015 registered under Sections 379B, 382, 341, 411, 120B IPC at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of conviction of the petitioner. Therefore, same may be disposed of as such.
