This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 10.7.2020 under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC (Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act added later on), registered at Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasveer Singh, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted, therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
