Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-10).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-10), but no action has been taken so far.

Learned State counsel submitted that the petitioner has earlier moved a complaint dated 12.11.2025 against respondent No.5, on which, a report No.11 dated 05.12.2025 has been prepared. It is also submitted that preventive action against respondent No.5 under Section 126/169 of BNSS GEETA RANI 2026.03.12 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRWP-915-2026 (O&M) ( 2 ) has been taken and he was bound down under Section 135(3) of BNSS for the period of one year.

Mr. Jaiveer Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.5 and 6 and has filed memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record.

This Court has heard learned counsel for the parties and has also perused the status report already filed by learned State counsel. 6.

Keeping in view the contents of the status report as well as submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and considering that action has already been taken against respondent No. 5, the present petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioner still feels apprehension of any threat at any stage, he is at liberty to file a fresh representation with the competent authority, which is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
