Learned counsel for the petitioners limits his prayer in the present petition and prays that the Executing Court be directed to expedite the hearing of the execution petition since the order was passed by the Rent Controller concerned on 18.02.1988, which has been affirmed upto the Supreme Court.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the Executing Court concerned to expedite the hearing of the execution petition and decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order.
