Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.15 dated 22.03.2025, under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, Amritsar, District Intelligence Wing (SSOC), Amritsar. 2.
As per the allegations, on 22.03.2025, on receipt of secret information with regard to the involvement of one Sukhwinder Singh, Navjot Singh, Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi, information being reliable, before effecting any actual recovery, the impugned FIR herein, was registered. 2.
The secret informant had also informed that the accused persons are having their contact with Pakistan smugglers and presently riding an auto-rickshaw bearing No.PB-06-AW-8034 and motorcycle bearing No.PBPREETI 2026.05.21 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-3774-2026 02-DV-9351 of black color, and all of them are together and can be apprehended along with the said quantity of heroin. Total 4 kg of Heroin was recovered from the conscious possession of the present petitioner. 4.
Faced with the nature of allegation, having commercial quantity of Heroin being recovered, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition.
