HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to submit the status report with regard to the proceedings initiated in complaint dated 20.01.2023 (Annexure P-14) as well as complaint dated 30.11.2022 (Annexure P-12).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
