MADAAN Present:- Mr. Ravi Gakhar, Advocate for the petitioner. *** By way of filing the present petition, petitioner Manjit Kaur seeks quashing of F.I.R. and all consequential proceedings arising out of it as well as the order dated 18.11.2019 declaring her as proclaimed offender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.1 lac in the trial Court. Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender in the trial Court within one week and in the event of her doing so and moving application for setting aside of order declaring her as proclaimed offender and for grant of bail, the same be disposed of within two weeks. Till then the petitioner may not be arrested. However, this order is subject to the following conditions :- i) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date of hearing.

ii) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1 lac in the trial Court within one week.

iii) The petitioner shall surrender her Passport in the Trial Court.
