**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 258 dated 15.7.2019 under Sections 307, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Sonipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been attributed two injuries i.e. one on the hand of the complainant and the other on the ankle of Chander. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 18.7.2019 and till date no prosecution witness has been examined.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narender, submits that in the present case charge was framed on 19.10.2019 and out of 22 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined. The petitioner has been in custody since 18.7.2019. Out of 22 prosecution witnesses, none has been examined yet.
