**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 27.11.2022 (Annexure P5) passed by the trial Court in complaint case No.NI-153-2016, allowing the application for additional evidence (Annexure P-3) filed by the complainant/respondent as the same has been filed at a belated stage when the case was fixed for final arguments.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all remedies before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
