(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case has already been dismissed for non-prosecution by the trial Court, therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to get the same revived in case the suit is restored by the trial Court. He has produced a copy of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, in this regard, same is taken on record. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
