G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The following order was passed by this Court on 02.02.2017:- "After arguing for some time, keeping in view the fact that concurrent findings recorded by the Courts below on the issue of bonafide requirement and the fact that the son of landlord had also vacated the commercial property, counsel for the petitioner prays for time to seek instructions as to whether the petitioners are willing to file affidavit to vacate the premises by 31.12.2017.
To come up for the said purpose on 17.2.2017.
Accordingly, affidavit has been filed, whereby, undertaking has been given by the petitioners to vacate the premises by 31.12.2017 and to hand over the vacant possession of the same to the landlord. Keeping in view the above undertaking, the present revision petition is disposed of. It is, however, made clear that the petitioners will not hand over the possession to anyone else except the landlord, as undertaken. They will also deposit all the arrears of rent and continue paying the rent by the 7th of each month. -2above said conditions, the landlord will be entitled to take possession before the stipulated date. In case the vacation is not done by the stipulated date, the Rent Controller will get the possession handed over to the landlord with the help of police, if required.
