Prayer in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondents no.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and their family members at the hands of respondents no.3 and 4 and others.

Notice of motion to official respondent no.2 only. Mr. Manish Bansal, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and waives service. Given the nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no notice is required to be issued to other respondents.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the concerned Superintendent of Police, Faridabad, respondent no.2, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. Given above, this petition is partly allowed. Superintendent of Police, Faridabad, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within two weeks from today.

CRM-M-1047-2022 In case the petitioner will be aggrieved of the order so passed by respondent no.2, it shall be open for him to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
