RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.194 dated 15.11.2018 registered under Sections 302, 328, 34 IPC at Police Station Rajaund.

On instructions from, SI Dalbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.1.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
