**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 02.11.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Nabha, vide which the evidence of the defendant/petitioner has been closed.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the the evidence of the plaintiff/respondent was closed on 02.03.2015 and thereafter number of dates were taken by the petitioner-defendant to lead his evidence. In the meantime, defendant/petitioner filed an application for adjournment on the ground that the defendant wants to file an appeal against order dated 19.10.2015 which was for amendment in the written statement. However, the learned trial Court closed the evidence of the petitioner, vide impugned order dated 02.11.2015.

C. R No. 7680 of 2015 (O&M) -2This Court vide separate order, dismissed the petition i.e. C.R. No. 7681 filed by the petitioner today, which was against order dated 19.10.2015.
