Mr. Anuj Raura, Advocate, who is present in the Court, has put in appearance on behalf of caveator-respondent. After arguing for some time, matter has been amicably resolved and a consent order is passed as agreed by counsel for the parties, as follows:- Revision petitioner will deposit the entire rent @ `6,300/- per month from 01.05.2012 till the date of filing of appeal, before the executing Court within a period of three weeks from today along with rent/mesne profits after the filing of appeal as per impugned order, failing which he will be liable for proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act for not obeying this consent order. Out of the amount deposited, the arrears of rent from September, 2014 till the date of filing of the appeal, will be paid to respondent on furnishing indemnity bond in the like amount and remaining Sachin Mehta 2016.11.28 11:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

It is, however, made clear that nothing observed hereinabove shall have any bearing on the merits of the appeal before the Appellate Authority.
