Challenge in this revision petition is to order dated 26.08.2015 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (JD) Bilaspur, vide which the applications of the petitioner has been dismissed. In the impugned order, it has been rightly observed that the petitioner wants to collect the evidence for a criminal complaint allegedly filed by him against the respondent. He should have filed such application in the said criminal complaint. Further the case is at initial stage i.e at the stage of argument on the stay application. In view of the above, this revision petition is being disposed of by giving a liberty to the petitioner to file his appropriate application in the criminal proceedings.
