Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Defendants are in revision against the concurrent orders passed by both the Courts below whereby temporary injunction application of the respondents/plaintiffs in a suit for injunction was allowed vide order dated 3.2.2012 (P-1) passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana and was confirmed vide order dated 15.1.2013 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana. The dispute is regarding sharing of a staircase being used jointly to approach the first floor etc.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present revision petition has become infructuous as in the meanwhile the main suit itself stands decided.
