In a suit filed for grant of decree of permanent injunction, the defendant No.1 to 3 filed a common written statement. Subsequently, the defendant No.2 and 3 filed an application for permission to amend the written statement in order to assert that the property being Joint Hindu Family property has, inadvertently, been left out. The trial Court dismissed the application for permission to amend the plaint. However, in Civil Revision No 6669 of 2016 decided on 12.09.2017, the amendment was allowed while reversing the order passed by the trial Court. The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition. Thereafter, the defendant No.1 filed an application for permission to amend the written statement which has been allowed.

Civil Revision No. 7275 of 2018 (O&M) defendant No.2 and 3 to the joint written statement be read qua the defendant No.1.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
