The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 26.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-8575-2025, whereby respondent was directed to decide the representation dated 18.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 26.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-8575-2025, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 04.05.2026 has been passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record.
