The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 26.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-8575-2025, whereby respondent was directed to decide the representation dated 18.09.2024 submitted by the petitioner. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 26.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-8575-2025, learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 04.05.2026 has been passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in Court, which is taken on record. In view of the above, since order dated 26.08.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-8575-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 04.05.2026.
