**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.45 dated 23.08.2022 registered under Sections 457, 380, 427 and 201 of IPC at P.S.Morinda, District Ropar. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 05.03.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 05.03.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
