The trial Court has refused to reject the plaint at the threshold under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. At that stage, only the allegations made in the plaint are required to be examined.

The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has filed the present revision petition claiming that the suit for grant of decree of permanent injunction is not maintainable as it has been filed particularly when only a show cause notice has been issued. 3.

On reading of the plaint, it is evident that the plaintiff apprehends cancellation of her agency to run retail fuel outlet and she has specifically pleaded these facts in the plaint. 4.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge May 11, 2022 "DK"
