It is apparent that the said judgment dated 9.8.2012 pertains to the same property as involved in the present suit and is otherwise per se admissible. It is also not in dispute that the petitioners/defendants themselves have referred to the Regular Second Appeal filed against judgment dated 9.8.2012, pending before this Court, and the Court has come to the conclusion that the placing of the said judgment would not prejudice anybody instead would help the Court in deciding the matter effectively.

CR 774/2015 withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all the pleas regarding relevancy at the time of trial.
