Mr. Gaurav Deep Goel, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the application for setting aside ex-parte proceedings/order in case 'Jatinder Kaur versus Joginder Singh and another' filed by the revision petitioner, who is respondent-defendant, in that case under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has been allowed by the trial Court, therefore, the proceedings for execution of the ex-parte order of maintenance have come to an end.

It being so, the present revision petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. The interim order granted in favour of the revision petitioners on 29.8.2022 thus comes to an end.
