Learned counsel for the petitioner says that interim injunction had been granted on 30.01.2013 with certain conditions and the same is still in force and the counsel also states that evidence of both parties have been completed and it stands now for final arguments on 27.04.2015. The counsel gives an undertaking that he will conclude the arguments on the day when the case is posted subject to the availability of the time given by the Court. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, I do not think any modification of the order is called for and the order passed on 30.01.2013 will continue till the conclusion of the suit and till the judgment is pronounced.
