Prayer made in the present petition is for directing learned Special Court, CBI, Punjab, SAS Nagar, Mohali to expedite and conclude the trial against the petitioner in the case emanating from FIR RC8-A of 2004 dated 31.03.2004.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that earnest efforts shall be made to produce witnesses for their examination, in view of which, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.

Disposed of, requesting the trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the case expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably in 6 months. 4.
