After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a prayer that petitioners No.2 and 3 are aged about 80 years and their personal appearance may be exempted before the trial Cout. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioners are at liberty to move an application before the competent Court about exemption from the personal appearance of petitioners No.2 and 3. Trial Court is also directed to consider the application of petitioners keeping in view of their age factor.
