(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No.NACT/4208 dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), which pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the trial Court on the basis of interim order dated 12.2.2021.
