*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh has informed that all the prosecution witnesses have since been examined in the trial Court and now the case is fixed for today for defence evidence. It being so, since the trial is likely to be concluded in near future, no case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial is made out.

The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
