ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition has been preferred by the tenantpetitioners against the orders passed by the Authorities ordering their ejectment from the tenanted premises being part of House No.43, Shiv Colony, Kapurthala. The order of ejectment by the Rent Controller was passed on 27.02.2014 and the appeal preferred by the tenant-petitioners was dismissed on 13.09.2016. The present petition has been pending since the year 2017 and is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
