CM-2341-CII-2022 This is an application for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR-419-2022) to an early date.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main petition (CR-419-2022) is taken on board today itself. CR No.419 of 2022 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that learned Rent Controller may be directed to expedite hearing of the case as the matter is already at the fag end and is now fixed for respondent's evidence on 14.03.2022.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The Rent Controller is requested to expedite the hearing of the case and to dispose off the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months.
