(ORAL) The present revision petition has been instituted seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (in short 'CPC') filed by the plaintiff and the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC filed by the defendants. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the said applications have been pending since 2017 and the counsel for the defendants has not been advancing the arguments on the said applications. The only prayer which has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner here is that the trial Court be directed to expedite the hearing of the two applications. Since it is a totally innocuous prayer which has been made, I do not deem it appropriate to issue notice to the respondents. In view of the above, the trial Court is requested to try and decide the applications within a period of one month from the date of
