**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the registration of the Society has been done by respondent No.2 on the basis of new application and a copy thereof has been supplied to the petitioner.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that registration has to be done on the basis of previous application which was filed in the year 2013.

This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that in case substantial loss is caused to the petitioner on account of non-registration of society as per the old application, the petitioner may move to the concerned authority for issuing fresh certificate on the basis of old application in accordance with law.
