Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.778 dated 23.12.2011, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 IPC, Police Station Jhajjar, Jhajjar (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 05.01.2019 (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 28.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 14.03.2019 along with receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.108 dated 18.03.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, vide letter bearing No.6730 dated 18.03.2019. CRM-M-3763 of 2019 --2-- According to the report, ld. Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, is satisfied that compromise entered between the parties is genuine without any pressure and undue influence. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Original receipts qua deposit of costs produced in Court today are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, dated 18.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.778 dated 23.12.2011 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.

Disposed of accordingly.
