The instant appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent has been filed by the appellant against the interim order dated 06.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge declining the prayer of the appellant for staying the departmental proceedings during the pendency of criminal trial. 2.

In the present case, the writ petition is already pending for 25.03.2024 and reply has to be filed by the respondent-State 6.
Keeping in view the above fact, the present appeal stands disposed of by giving a liberty to the appellant to make a prayer for interim stay before learned Single Bench on the date fixed. 7.
