Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments/allegations made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the matter and to dispose of representation (Annexure P-1) expeditiously in accordance with law.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-1) be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously preferable within a period of one month from today.
