The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to correct the Khasra Girdawari of land bearing Khewat No.566, Khatoni No.750, Rectangle 45 Kila No.20/2 (1-14) situated at revenue estate of village Nabipur, Hadbast No.347 (Annexure A-1), Tehsil and District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
