Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a email/representation dated 04.01.2025, Annexure P-19, has been submitted by her, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.
