In view of the order passed by the respondent, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to assail the speaking order, copy whereof is Annexure R-1 annexed with the status report, if need arises.
