(Oral) Writ petition is bereft of particulars qua averments that as per copy of regularization, (Annexure P-2), name of petitioner is figured at serial no.9 whereas persons junior to him have been granted higher pay scale in pursuance to the decision dated 26.07.1991 w.e.f 01.05.1990. Attention of this Court was also drawn to information obtained under Right to Information Act, 2005 (Annexure P-6) but name of persons figuring in, Annexure P-2 was not shown.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
