***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein,under Article 227 of Constitution of India, is for setting aside an order dated 27.08.2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rupnagar, whereby in a suit for permanent injunction instituted by respondent No.1 (plaintiff), application filed by him under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC, for amendment of plaint, was allowed.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case file.

Proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous since the civil suit itself has already been decided. Disposed of accordingly. 4.

It is, however, made clear that petitioner/defendant No.1 is at liberty to assail the orderimpugned herein before learned First Appellate Court, in case she chooses to file an appeal against the judgment and decree rendered by learned Trial Court.
