M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) No ground is made out for interference in the orders passed by the Courts below.

The revision petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is given six months' time to vacate the premises subject to the condition that he will furnish an affidavit before the Rent Controller giving undertaking that he will give vacant possession of the premises in dispute to the landlordrespondent and would clear the entire arrears of rent within a period of ten days. He will also undertake not to cause any damage to the property in dispute or to create any third party rights or interest in the same.
