Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.101, dated 02.09.2024, under Sections 105, 115(2), 117(2), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Badhni Kala, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.
